FAQs

General FAQ's

Q: Are you pet friendly?

A: Yes! We are a pet-friendly campground, so do bring along your furbabies for the fun! Please note that they must be on a leash at all times.

Q: Are camp fires allowed?

A: Yes, as long as there is no fire ban in the area (please note, this can change daily). To see if there is a fire ban, copy and paste the following link in your URL bar: https://www.qfes.qld.gov.au/fire-bans/scenic-rim-regional-council

Q: Do you sell firewood, bait or ice?

A: No, we don't. There are locals along Lake Moogerah Road that sell firewood and local businesses that sell bait and ice nearby.

Q: Is there a noise curfew?

A: Yes! Our noise curfew starts at 10 pm every night in respect of other campers and our surrounding neighbours.

Q: Do campfires need to be in a fire pit?

A: Yes! Guests must contain their campfire in a fire pit elevated from the ground. You're welcome to bring your own, or you can hire one of ours (limited available).

Q: Can I get phone reception there?

A: Yes, but it is not the best. We have found that Optus has the best service in the area.

Q: Where can we park our cars?

A: You can park your cars next to your campsite or park them in our car park (refer to site map).

Q: Can we use a generator?
